摘要

病毒性心肌炎是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病,特别是在年轻人中有较高的致死率。当前公认的心肌炎致病因素有柯萨奇B3病毒(Coxsackie virus B3,CVB3),其引起的病毒性心肌炎发病机制包括病毒直接损伤心肌细胞和免疫系统介导的间接损伤心肌细胞,其中中性粒细胞胞外陷阱(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)是目前的研究热点。NETs是中性粒细胞参与免疫反应的重要方式,作用于宿主防御、自身免疫等方面。NETs在多种疾病中发挥作用,其在病毒性心肌炎中除可直接发挥作用外,还可通过微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)、损伤相关分子模式(damage-associated molecular pattern,DAMP)和自噬等相互作用参与病毒性心肌炎的发生发展。

Abstract

Viral myocarditis is a disease that seriously endangers human health, especially among young people with a high fatality rate. The currently recognized pathogenic factors for myocarditis are Coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3). The pathogenesis of viral myocarditis includes direct damage to cardiomyocytes by the virus and indirect damage to cardiomyocytes mediated by the immune system, among which neutrophils extracellular traps (NETs) are currently a research hotspot. NETs are an important way for neutrophils to participate in the immune response, and they play a role in host defense and autoimmunity. NETs play a role in a variety of diseases. In addition to their direct role in viral myocarditis, they can also be involved in the development of viral myocarditis through interactions such as microRNAs (miRNAs), damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) and autophagy.
