摘要

近年来,肺癌是危及人类生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一。对恶性肿瘤异常脂质代谢的深入研究表明,胆固醇代谢异常与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。高胆固醇饮食可能与肺癌发生风险增加相关,但饮食中胆固醇摄入量受个人体质、膳食组成或其他高脂饮食的影响,并不能准确反应体内胆固醇的真实水平。相较于血清胆固醇水平与肺癌发病风险呈负相关,肺内胆固醇水平与肺癌发病风险呈更为密切的正相关。此外,本文阐述了高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白及相关代谢成分在胆固醇代谢中的变化与肺癌发生、发展的相关性。

Abstract

In recent years, lung cancer remains the leading cause of the cancer death. The increasing study of lipid metabolism and its reprogramming in cancer shows that alternations in cholesterol metabolism in cancer progression have been under intensive scrutiny. The high-cholesterol diet may be associated with an increased risk of lung cancer, but dietary cholesterol intake is influenced by physical fitness, dietary composition, or other high-fat diets, and does not accurately reflect the true cholesterol level in the body. Compared with the negative correlation between serum cholesterol level and the risk of lung cancer, the positive correlation between lung cholesterol level and the risk of lung cancer was more close. In addition, the correlation between the changes of high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and related metabolic components in cholesterol metabolism and the occurrence and development of lung cancer was discussed in this paper.
