摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。LncRNA反义Opa反 应蛋白5RNA(Opa interacting protein 5-antisense RNA 1,OIP5-AS1)在多种肿瘤中不仅异常表达,还 发挥癌基因的作用,是潜在的肿瘤治疗靶点,并有望成为肿瘤诊断和预后新的标志物。本文就近 年来OIP5-AS1在肿瘤中作用的相关研究作一综述,以期为OIP5-AS1的临床应用提供依据。

Abstract
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is closely associated with the occurrence and development of tumors. LncRNA Opa interacting protein 5-antisense RNA 1 (OIP5-AS1) is not only abnormally expressed in a variety of tumors, but also acts as an oncogene. It is a potential tumor for treatment target which is expected to become a new marker for tumor diagnosis and prognosis. In this essay, we will provide a brief overview of the recent relevant studies on the function of OIP5-AS1 in tumors with a view to providing evidence for its clinical use.
