PPARα在心血管疾病中作用机制的研究进展

摘要

过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors,PPARs)有3种类型:过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors α,PPARα),过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体β/δ(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors β/δ,PPARβ/δ)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors γ,PPARγ)。PPARα主要表达于肝、心肌、肾及骨骼肌等组织中。PPARα在心血管系统中可表达于内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、巨噬细胞和心肌细胞。PPARα广泛参与体内能量代谢、氧化应激、炎症等多种生物活动,影响心血管疾病的发生发展。PPARα与动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心肌梗死及心力衰竭等疾病密切相关。

Abstract

There are three types of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs): peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors α (PPARα), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors β/δ (PPARβ/δ) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors γ (PPARγ). PPARα is mainly expressed in tissues, such as liver, heart, kidney and skeletal muscle. In the cardiovascular system, PPARα can be expressed in endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, macrophages, and cardiomyocytes. PPARα is widely involved in a variety of biological activities such as energy metabolism, oxidative stress, and inflammation in the body, affecting the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. PPARα is closely related to diseases such as atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and heart failure.
