摘要
精子相关抗原6(sperm-associated antigen 6，SPAG6)是通过睾丸表达文库筛选出的一种新的人类精子抗原。SPAG6属于癌/睾丸抗原 (cancer/testis antigen，CTA)家族的一员，CTA家族具有特异性组织分布和表达，其家族成员是极具潜力的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶标。目前研究表明SPAG6在部分肿瘤尤其是血液系统肿瘤中表达异常。SPAG6被证实参与调控部分实体肿瘤和血液肿瘤的发生和进展，可能是诊断血液系统肿瘤的有效生物标志物。

Abstract
Sperm associated antigen 6 (SPAG6) is a new human sperm antigen screened from testicular expression library. SPAG6 is a member of cancer/testis antigen (CTA) family. CTA family has specific tissue distribution and expression, and its family members are potential tumor markers and therapeutic targets. Current studies have shown that the expression of SPAG6 is abnormal in some types of tumors, especially in hematological tumors. SPAG6 has been confirmed to be involved in regulating the occurrence and progression of some solid tumors and hematological tumors, and it may be an effective biomarker for the diagnosis of hematological tumors.
