摘要

颅内压(intracranial pressure,ICP)改变引起的并发症危及生命,因此颅内压监测在临床上意义重大,尽管难以评估,但早期诊断很关键。ICP无创监测已成为目前研究的主要内容,其以安全、准确、简便、实时有效的优势发挥着越来越重要的作用。现今多模态影像技术已取得相当成熟的发展,检查时的无创性成为不可取代的优势。

Abstract

Complications caused by changes in intracranial pressure (ICP) are life-threatening, so intracranial pressure monitoring is of great clinical significance. Although it is difficult to evaluate, early diagnosis is critical. Non-invasive monitoring of intracranial pressure has become the main content of current research, and its advantages of safety, accuracy, simplicity, and real-time effectiveness play an increasingly important role. Nowadays, multimodal imaging technology has achieved quite mature development, and the non-invasiveness of inspection has become an irreplaceable advantage.
