摘要
卵巢癌是女性生殖系统中致死率最高的恶性肿瘤,其早期诊断十分困难,尽管手术方式及辅助治疗手段不断在改进,病死率仍居高不下。因此,寻找新的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶点在卵巢癌研究领域方兴未艾。同源盒基因转录反义RNA(homeobox gene transcript antisense intergenic RNA,HOTAIR)是研究最多的长链非编码RNA之一,在卵巢癌中异常表达。作为一类新型的致癌或抑癌因子,可通过多种机制调控肿瘤进展,可作为卵巢癌可靠的新的治疗靶点。

Abstract
Ovarian cancer is the most fatal malignant tumor in the female reproductive system, and its early diagnosis is very difficult. Despite the continuous improvement of surgical methods and adjuvant therapies, the mortality rate remains high. Therefore, the search for new tumor markers and therapeutic targets is in the ascendant in the field of ovarian cancer research. Homeobox gene transcript antisense intergenic RNA (HOTAIR) is one of the most studied long non-coding RNA, which is abnormally expressed in ovarian cancer. As a new type of carcinogenic or inhibitory factor, it can regulate tumor progression through a variety of mechanisms and can be used as a reliable new therapeutic target for ovarian cancer.
