摘要

灾难化思想是全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty，TKA)后患者发生慢性疼痛的重要预测因素，本文对灾难化思想的概念、机制、TKA后患者疼痛灾难化的评估工具、影响因素以及干预措施等进行综述，认识到接下来的研究方向是探索出针对TKA后慢性疼痛患者灾难化思想的积极干预策略，以降低TKA后患者慢性疼痛的发生率，提高TKA后患者的生活质量。

Abstract

The catastrophizing thinking is considered as an important predictor of chronic pain in patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). This paper reviewed the concept, mechanism of catastrophizing thinking, assessment tools, influential factors and intervention measures for catastrophizing pain in patients after TKA. This paper also indicated that the next research direction is to identify active intervention strategies for the catastrophizing thinking of chronic pain in patients after TKA so as to reduce the occurrence of chronic pain after TKA and improve the patients' quality of life.
