Objective: To analyze the satisfaction of outpatients with chronic diseases on the implementation of health education and the primary factors in the process of nurses' health education, so as to provide a basis for methods to improve the quality of health education for outpatients with chronic diseases. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data through the questionnaire method. Results: A total of 210 study subjects were surveyed. By analyzing the concerns of outpatient health education for patients with chronic diseases and the difficulties in the process of nurse health education, the outpatient nurses’ health education strategy was determined, and the systematic training of nurses’ health education was carried out, health education processes was standardized, and the patients’ health education effect was strengthened. Conclusion: The following measurements can enhance the effectiveness of health education for patients with chronic diseases such as determining the needs of health education for patients with chronic diseases, clarifying various factors that affect nurses’ health education, correcting unfavorable factors, and optimizing health education methods.
