摘要
肱二头肌肌腱长头(long head of biceps tendon，LHBT)是肩关节镜外科医生最熟悉及最关注的重要解剖结构，它是关节镜下最重要的解剖标志点，同时也是巨大肩袖撕裂损伤的组织修复材料来源之一。临床发现肩袖损伤患者大部分合并有LHBT的损伤，而后期LHBT的损伤甚至可以成为肩袖损伤患者疼痛的主要来源。如何正确处理肩袖损伤中的LHBT这一合并损伤及合理利用LHBT这一生物性能良好的自体材料是研究的热点。

Abstract
The long head of the biceps brachii tendon (LHBT) is an important anatomical structure that shoulder arthroscopic surgeons are most familiar with and interested in research. It is the most important anatomical marker point under arthroscopy, and it is also one of the sources of repair tissue materials for giant rotator cuff tear injury. We found that most of the patients with rotator cuff injury had the injury of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon, and the injury of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon in the later stage could even become the main source of pain in the patients with rotator cuff injury. How to deal with the injury of biceps brachii tendon in rotator cuff correctly and the rational use of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon which has good biological properties are the focus of research.
