摘要
同源盒(Homeobox,Hox)基因在基因组水平上高度保守,在调控细胞凋亡、受体信号转导、分化、运动、血管生成和转移等众多过程中发挥重要作用。研究发现HoxC10与口腔鳞状细胞癌、宫颈癌、甲状腺癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌、肺癌等肿瘤的发生发展、转移及预后密切相关,因此HoxC10逐渐成为相关肿瘤的研究热点。胃癌是全世界最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前研究发现HoxC10与胃癌细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭和转移相关,涉及MAPK途径、NF-κB途径和上调促炎因子水平等。未来研究需要进一步阐明HoxC10在胃癌发生中的具体作用机制及其临床意义,为胃癌的治疗提供新的靶点。

Abstract
Homeobox (Hox) genes are highly conserved at the genomic level and have been well-described as important players in regulation of numerous processes including apoptosis, receptor signaling, differentiation, motility, angiogenesis, and metastasis. HoxC10, as a member of the Hox family of genes, was significantly correlated with the occurrence, metastasis, and prognosis of numerous malignancies such as oral squamous cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, thyroid cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer. Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. Recently reported, aberrations in HoxC10 expression was implicated in the proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of cancer cells, which was related to the MAPK pathway, NF-κB pathway, and upregulating proinflammatory cytokines. Future researches need to be further clarified the specific mechanism of HoxC10 in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and their clinical significance, which may provide new targets for gastric cancer treatment.
