生活环境对中国北方地区心血管疾病的影响与机制

摘要
大量流行病学研究证实，中国北方地区心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease，CVD)发生风险显著增加高于南方地区。生活环境差异是导致北方地区CVD高发的重要因素，目前尚缺乏权威指南为北方地区CVD防治提供合理方案。因此，深入探讨北方CVD高发机制及寻找有效防治措施，具有重大临床意义。

Abstract
A large number of epidemiological studies have confirmed that there is a significant increase in the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in northern China compared to that in southern China. It is currently believed that the difference of living environment is an important factor leading to the high incidence of cardiovascular disease in northern China. There is no authoritative guide to provide a reasonable plan for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease in northern China. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to discuss the mechanism of high incidence of cardiovascular disease in northern China and to find effective prevention and treatment measures.
