Abstract
Objective: To describe the measures of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation undergoing general anesthesia combined with traditional Chinese medical nursing, and to analyze the effect of improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients. Methods: The study was started in January 2019 and ended in June 2020. The study subjects were randomly divided into 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent general anesthesia surgery in Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during the period. The control group was routinely treated after surgery. Nursing intervention. Observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine specialists after surgery. The postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction of the two groups of patients was recorded. The total probability of complications in each group of patients was calculated and the differences were compared. Results: The duration of abdominal distension (21.14±3.05) h, the duration of exhaustion (23.18±4.18) h, and the duration of defecation (21.01±2.97) h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing general anesthesia surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine specialist nursing intervention can help them to improve gastrointestinal dysfunction and prevent complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
