丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉在人工流产术中的应用及对患者Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的影响

摘要
目的:分析丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉在人工流产术中的应用及对患者Th1/Th2(T helper cell 1/T helper cell 2)细胞因子平衡的影响。方法:将90例人工流产术患者随机分组(n=45),对照组不采用任何麻醉药物,实验组采纳丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉,对比两组不同时间段舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、收缩压(spontaneous bacterial peritonitis,SBP)、呼吸频率(respiratory rate,RR)、心率(heart rate,HR)、Th1/Th2细胞因子指标、镇痛优良率。结果:实验组手术开始2 min、手术结束时DBP,SBP,RR,HR,血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)因子均明显低于对照组,血清白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)因子均明显高于对照组,实验组镇痛优良率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(13.33%),差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚复合芬太尼可有效维持人工流产术患者生命体征稳定及Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡,取得理想的镇痛效果,值得推荐。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application of Propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in artificial abortion and its effect on patients’ Th1/Th2 (T helper cell 1/T helper cell 2) cytokine balance. Methods: A total of 90 abortion patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided (a total of 45 samples in each group). The reference group did not use any anesthetic drugs, and the experimental group adopted Propofol Combined fentanyl anesthesia, comparing DBP (diastolic blood pressure), SBP (spontaneous bacterial peritonitis), RR (respiratory rate respiratory rate), HR (heart rate), Th1/Th2 cytokines at different time periods Index, excellent rate of analgesia. Results: In the experimental group, DBP, SBP, RR, HR, serum TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-a Tumor Necrosis Factor-α) and IL-2 (interleukin-2) factors were all obvious at the end of the operation 2 minutes lower than the reference group, serum IL-10 (interleukin-10) and IL-4 (interleukin-4) factors were significantly higher than the reference group, the experimental group excellent analgesia rate (95.56% ) Was significantly higher than the reference group (13.33%), P<0.05 (all differences were statistically significant). Conclusion: Propofol combined with fentanyl can effectively maintain the stability of vital signs and balance of Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with artificial abortion, and achieve the ideal analgesic effect, which is worth learning.
