摘要

目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定菟丝育长合剂中淫羊藿苷的含量，以控制制剂质量。方法：Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18液相色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm，5 µm)；流动相为乙腈-水(25:75)等度洗脱；流速为1.0 mL/min；检测波长为270 nm；柱温为25 ℃；进样量为10 μL。结果：淫羊藿苷在0.1036~2.072 µg内呈现良好的线性关系，相关系数R2为0.9998，平均加样回收率为100.6%，相对标准偏差RSD为2.08%。结论：高效液相色谱法简便、准确、重现性好，可作为菟丝育长合剂的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the method for the determination of icariin content of Tusiyuzhang composition by HPLC. Methods: Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the chromatographic column, and acetonitrile-water (25:75) was used as the mobile phase. The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wave length was 270 nm; the colum temperature was 25℃; the sample size was 10 μL. Results: The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1036–2.072 µg, with R2 as 0.9998. The average recovery rate was 100.6% with a 2.08% RSD. Conclusion: The developed method is simple, accurate, reproducible, which can be applied for the quality control of Tusiyuzhang composition.
