沙美特罗替卡松对支气管哮喘缓解期患者肺功能及气道高反应性的影响

摘要
目的:研究沙美特罗替卡松对支气管哮喘缓解期患者肺功能及气道高反应性的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2019年7月期间收治的80例支气管哮喘缓解期患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗,观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FVC,FEV1及PEF等肺功能指标水平较治疗前均提升(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组激发试验阳性率均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者,可有效缓解患者临床症状,改善患者肺功能及气道高反应性,疗效确切,值得推广。

Effects of salmeterol fluticasone on the lung function and airway hyperresponsiveness in patients with bronchial asthma in remission

Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of salmeterol fluticasone on lung function and airway hyperresponsiveness in patients with bronchial asthma in remission. Methods: A total of 80 patients with bronchial asthma in remission who were treated from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each with 40 cases. The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate inhalation, and the observation group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone powder. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group (97.50%) was higher than that in the control group (82.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of lung function indicators such as FVC, FEV1, and PEF were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.05), and those in the observation group was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The positive rate of the challenge test in the two groups after the treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment (P<0.05), and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Salmeterol and roticasone treatment for patients with bronchial asthma in remission can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, and have significant relief effects on patients’ lung function and airway hyperresponsiveness.
