Abstract
Resilience is the process in which an individual has ability to adapt well in the face of major stress, adversity, sadness, and trauma, that is, the ability to bounce back from difficulties. Resilience is the current research hotspot of current positive psychology. High-level resilience can stimulate patients' inherent positive psychological qualities, adopt positive coping styles and adaptive behaviors to dilemmas, and improve individual subjective happiness and quality of life, therefore, it is necessary to open the resilience of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) from a new perspective. However, there is currently a lack of domestically-available psychological resilience measurement tools, qualitative research and longitudinal research are inadequate, and empirical intervention research on psychological resilience of patients after coronary heart disease intervention is blank. The commonly used evaluation scales of psychological resilience mainly include Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale, Resilience Scale for Adults, and Resilience Scale. The influential factors of patients’ resilience after PCI include protective factors and risk factors. Strengthening the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research, as well as empirical intervention training of patients' resilience after PCI is the trend of future clinical research development.
