钙敏感受体在慢性肾病中作用的研究进展

摘要
钙敏感受体(calcium sensing receptor,CaSR)主要分布于甲状旁腺和肾组织,可调节细胞内外钙离子浓度、影响细胞增殖、凋亡、分化和衰老等病生理过程。慢性肾病患者肾各部位CaSR大量活化,参与肾水电解质代谢紊乱、肾囊肿、足细胞病、肾性高血压、肾纤维化等发生发展。

Abstract
Calcium-sensitive receptors (CaSR) are mainly distributed in the parathyroid glands and kidney tissues, which regulate the intracellular and extracellular calcium ion concentrations and affect the physiological processes such as cell proliferation, transformation, differentiation and senescence. Renal CaSR activation is involved in the development of electrolyte and water homeostasis, renal cysts formation, podocyte disease, renal hypertention and renal fibrosis.
