过氧化物酶与急性髓系白血病的研究进展

摘要
过氧化物酶(peroxiredoxin,Prdx)是近年来发现的一组抗氧化酶蛋白家族,可通过调控细胞内活性氧(reactive oxygen,ROS)水平及相关细胞信号转导通路,进而干扰白血病细胞的增殖、凋亡和分化。目前研究发现Prdx的多个亚型与急性髓系白血病发生相关,其功能也不尽相同。未来研究需要进一步阐明Prdx不同亚型在白血病发生中的具体作用机制及其临床意义,从而为白血病治疗提供新的靶点。

Abstract
Peroxiredoxin (Prdx) was a protein family of antioxidant enzymes discovered in recent year. Prdx would interfere with the proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation of leukemia cells through regulating the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells and related signaling pathways. At present studies find that some subtypes of Prdx are associated with acute myeloid leukemia and their functions were also different in the mechanism. Future researches need to be further clarified the specific mechanism of different Prdx subtypes in the pathogenesis of leukemia and their clinical significance, which may provide new targets for leukemia treatment.
