眼球摘除术患者治疗决策体验的质性研究

摘要
目的：探讨眼球摘除术患者治疗决策体验的质性研究，了解眼球摘除术患者治疗决策困境。方法：采用现象学研究方法，对受访者进行半结构式访谈，收集20例眼球摘除术患者的资料，根据Colaizzi的7步分析法进行整理和分析。结果：共分析出“权衡利弊的心态”“以医生为主导的决策模式”“共同参与决策的需求”3个主题。结论：眼球摘除术患者治疗决策体验有助于医务人员为眼球摘除术患者提供有效的决策辅助，减轻患者的决策困境，提高决策质量。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the shared decision making (DSM) experience of patients who underwent eye enucleation, to understand the treatment decision-making dilemma of those patients and then improving their decision-making quality. Methods: A semi-structured interview was conducted with 20 patients with eye enucleation by using the phenomenological method in the qualitative study. And Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method was used for the data collation. Results: The DSM experience of doctors and patients in eye enucleation surgery can be summarized into 3 themes: weighing the pros and cons, the doctor-led decision-making model, and the need to participate in decision-making. Conclusion: Based on the mature decision-making aids abroad, localized eye enucleation treatment decision-making assistance should be established urgently to promote the participation of patients in treatment decision making and improve the quality of decision making.
