NADPH氧化酶、中性粒细胞与白血病的关系

摘要
中性粒细胞是机体重要的免疫细胞。还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)氧化酶是产生内源性活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的主要分子,在中性粒细胞发挥免疫功能及其分化成熟方面具有重要的调控作用。研究证实NADPH氧化酶活性异常是导致白血病细胞中ROS水平增高的关键因素,并且与白血病发生、发展及耐药密切相关。NADPH氧化酶的活化受到多种因素调控,弄清这些调控机制有助于研究和寻找更为有效的白血病防治方法。

Abstract
Neutrophils are important immune cells in the body. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase is the main molecule generating endogenous reactive oxygen species (ROS), which plays an important role in regulating immune function and cell differentiation in neutrophils. Research has confirmed that the abnormal activity of NADPH oxidase is the key factor leading to an increased level of ROS in leukemia cells, and which is closely related to the occurrence, development and drug resistance of leukaemia. NADPH oxidase activation is under the control of various factors, thus, to find these regulatory mechanisms may help to research and look for more effective methods for prevention and treatment of leukemia.
