(Self-Efficacy for Coping with Symptoms,CSE)条目平均分为2.63±0.29;疼痛水平与自我效能感的相关系数为−0.528(P<0.01)。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the level of pain and self-efficacy in patients with tongue cancer, and to analyze the correlation between pain and self-efficacy. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted in the Department of Stomatology in two tertiary comprehensive hospitals. The subjects were conveniently selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and were investigated using a general data questionnaire, Brief Pain Inventory-short form, and chronic pain self-efficacy (CPSS) questionnaire. Results: A total of 276 subjects from the dental departments of two tertiary general hospitals participated in the study. The pain score was 6.34±0.98, the average score of CPSS was 2.85±0.65, the average score of Self-Efficacy for Pain Management (PSE) was 2.48±0.39, and the average score of Self-Efficacy for Physical Function (FSE) was 3.06±. At 0.57, the average score of Self-Efficacy for Coping with Symptoms (CSE) was 2.63±0.29; the correlation coefficient between pain level and self-efficacy was −0.528 (P<0.01). Conclusion: Patients with tongue cancer have higher levels of pain, poor self-efficacy, and a negative correlation between pain levels and self-efficacy.
