补肾通络方对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨代谢标志物水平的影响

摘要
目的:评估补肾通络方对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度、骨代谢标志物水平的影响。方法:选取2016年12月1日至2017年3月30日至南通市第三人民医院门诊就诊的60例绝经后骨质疏松患者,随机分成实验组及对照组,每组30例。实验组采用补肾通络方(Bushentongluo,BSTL),对照组采用阿仑膦酸钠。所有患者同时服用钙尔奇D(600 mg,每日1片),疗程3个月,观察期间不使用其他治疗骨质疏松的中、西药物。检测、记录治疗前后所有患者的一般资料、腰椎L1~L4骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)、T值、血Ca、血P、碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗3个月后,实验组BMD及T值、血钙、血磷水平显著升高(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、I型原胶原分子N端前肽(procollagen I N terminal peptide,PINP)水平显著降低(P<0.05);两组雌二醇、钙/肌酐(尿)、I型胶原交联羧基末端肽(carboxyterminal cross-linked telopeptides of type I collagen,CTX)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾通络方能提高骨密度,减少血清钙、磷流失,改善骨代谢。

Effect of Bushen Tongluo Decoction on bone mineral density and bone metabolism marker levels in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective: To observe and evaluate the effect of Bu Shen Tongluo prescription on bone density and bone metabolism markers in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods: Sixty cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients admitted to the outpatient department of the Third People’s Hospital of Nantong City from December 1, 2016 to March 30, 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group with BSTL and the control group with alendronate sodium, 30 cases in each group. All patients were given calcineol D (600 mg, 1 tablet per day) for a course of 3 months. During the observation period, no other Chinese and western drugs for osteoporosis were used. All patients’ general information, lumbar L1–L4 bone mineral density (BMD), T value, blood Ca, blood P, alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin were detected and recorded before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was performed. Results: After the treatment for 3 months, BMD and T value, blood calcium and blood phosphorus levels in the experimental group increased significantly (P<0.05), alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin, type I tropocollagen molecules n-terminal propeptide (PINP) levels were significantly lower (P<0.05), two groups of estradiol, calcium/creatinine (urine), type I collagen cross-linking carboxyl terminal peptide (CTX) comparing is no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: Tonifying kidney and tonifying collaterals can improve bone density, reduce serum calcium and phosphorus loss, and improve bone metabolism
