摘要

肿瘤出芽(tumor budding)现象是结直肠癌(colorectal cancer，CRC)中一种特殊的病理形态学表现，近年来，肿瘤出芽现象开始逐渐受到关注，随着人们对肿瘤出芽现象的重视及研究的不断深入，肿瘤出芽的定义、病理生理意义、特征及分级的标准越来越清晰，CRC中肿瘤出芽的相关因素也逐渐明确，肿瘤出芽与CRC的临床研究，尤其是在预后、肿瘤转归等临床病理学方面的相关意义也逐渐显露了出来。

Abstract

Tumor budding is a special morphological manifestation in colorectal cancer (CRC). In recent years, tumor budding has gradually attracted attention. With continuous development of people’s attention and research in tumor budding, the definition, pathophysiological significance, characteristics, and grading criteria of tumor budding are becoming clearer. The relevant factors of tumor budding in CRC have gradually become definite. Clinical research in colorectal cancer, especially in the prognosis and tumor metastasis and other clinically relevant significance have also gradually revealed.
