摘要
组织因子途径抑制物(tissue factor pathway inhibitor,TFPI)是调节组织因子介导的外源性凝血途径的主要抑制物。大量研究数据表明,组织因子途径抑制物与心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关。目前已发现其可通过抗凝、抗炎、抑制内皮及平滑肌细胞增殖、抗血管重塑等机制阻止心血管疾病的发生和发展。

Abstract
Tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) is the main inhibitor regulating tissue factor-mediated exogenous coagulation pathway. A large number of research data indicate that TFPI is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. It has been found to inhibit cardiovascular disease through anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, inhibition of endothelial and smooth muscle cell proliferation, and anti-vascular remodeling.
