环状RNA的生物学功能及其在心血管疾病中的作用

摘要
环状RNA(circRNA)是一类非编码RNA,是继微小RNA、长链非编码RNA的研究新秀。CircRNA具有独特的分子结构,在细胞、组织和体液中高表达,其表达具有高度保守性,同时具有组织特异性及分化特征性,可参与机体的发育、疾病的发生发展,并可作为疾病的分子标志物。此外, circRNA与心血管疾病的病理生理机制密切相关,且其广泛存在于人体细胞内外,为心血管疾病的诊断及治疗开拓了新的视野。

Abstract
CircRNA is a kind of non-coding RNA, and a new research star following miRNA and long non-coding RNA. CircRNA have unique molecular structure and are highly expressed in cells, tissues and body fluids. Their expression is highly conserved, at the same time, it has the characteristics of tissue specificity and differentiation. CircRNA is note only involved in the development of the body but participate in the occurrence and development of diseases. Along with, circRNA could be used as molecular markers of diseases. In addition, circRNA is closely related to the pathophysiological mechanism of cardiovascular diseases, and they are widely present in/outside human cells, which opens up a new field for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
