恶性血液病患者心理症状群及其影响因素

摘要
目的:调查恶性血液病患者心理症状,分析恶性血液病患者心理症状群及其影响因素。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月期间住院治疗的恶性血液病患者170例为研究对象。采用一般情况调查问卷、简氏简明心境量表(Profile of Mood States,POMS)对患者进行调查。结果:患者均出现多个程度不同的症状,其中疲乏、疲惫不堪、悲伤、疲倦、焦虑、担忧发生率在90%以上;经探索性因子分析,得出应激、精力不足、敌对3个心理症状群;经多元线性回归法分析,性别、婚姻、文化程度、经济状况、医保是应激症状群的影响因素(P<0.05),住院时间是精力不足症状群的影响因素(P<0.05),文化程度是敌对症状群的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:恶性血液病患者主要存在应激、精力不足、敌对3个心理症状群,且人口学因素是影响心理症状群的相关因素。

Mental symptom group and its influencing factors in patients with hematological malignancy

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the mental symptoms of patients with hematological malignancy, to analyze their mental symptom groups and influencing factors. Methods: A total of 170 patients with hematological malignancy who were hospitalized in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled. Patients were surveyed by the General Survey Questionnaire and the Profile of Mood States (POMS). Results: There were different symptoms of multiple degree in the patients. The incidence rates of fatigue, being extremely tired, sadness, being tired, anxiety and worry were above 90%. The exploratory factor analysis showed that there were 3 mental symptom groups, including stress symptom group, energy lack symptom group and the hostility symptom group. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, matrimony, education level, economic status and health insurance were the influencing factors of the stress symptom group (P<0.05), hospitalization time was the influencing factor of the energy lack symptom group (P<0.05), and the education level was the influencing factor of the hostility symptom group (P<0.05). Conclusion: There are 3 mental symptom groups in patients with hematological malignancy, including stress symptom group, energy lack symptom group and the hostility symptom group. Demography factors are related factors influencing mental symptom groups.
