抗生素相关性腹泻的代谢组学

摘要
目的:从代谢水平上探究抗生素相关性腹泻(antibiotic associated diarrhea,AAD)。方法:将SD大鼠分为空白对照组、AAD组进行造模,观察一般情况变化并运用超高液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱检测大鼠血清;一般统计数据用SPSS 20.0分析,代谢组学数据采用Markerlynx软件分析。 结果:造模第10天,与空白对照组相比,AAD组鉴定出22个生物学标志物,其中与AAD相关的代谢通路中影响因子较高的通路是缬氨酸,亮氨酸和异亮氨酸降解。结论:从代谢组学上认为AAD与氨基酸代谢密切相关。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD) from metabolic level. Methods: SD rats were divided into a blank control group and an AAD group to establish models, observe the general changes and detect rat serum by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry; general statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0, and metabolomics data were analyzed by Markerlynx software. Results: On the 10th day of modeling, compared to the blank control group, twenty-two identical endogenous biomarkers were screened out in the AAD group. Among the metabolic pathways related to AAD, the ones with higher influencing factors are: valine, leucine and isoleucine degradation. Conclusion: Metabolomics suggests that AAD is closely related to amino acid metabolism.
