教育方式对赛增电子笔使用效果的影响

摘要
目的:评估不同教育方式对赛增电子笔使用效果的影响。方法:100名生长激素缺乏症患儿家长采用自行学习和医师指导的方式学习赛增电子笔的使用方法,评估教育方式对赛增电子笔注射重组人生长激素注射液的使用效果,总结赛增电子笔使用过程中的常见问题。结果:与自行学习相比,医师指导能够降低患儿家长使用赛增电子笔的错误发生率。两组使用赛增电子笔过程中主要问题为旋转针头力气过大、注射部位没有在脐周5 cm以上、没有进行排气操作和没有在注射部位由内而外用酒精棉片擦拭。自行学习还易发生安装针头方向斜向插入,不是垂直插入、没有进行瓶口消毒、注射后停留时间不够,未等到提示音即拔针、没有检查冰箱温度、紧贴冰箱壁储存药物的问题。结论:专业人员指导有利于提高患儿家长掌握赛增电子笔使用方法的能力,降低错误发生率。

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effects of different educational methods on the use of the electronic pen. Methods: In this study included 100 children with growth hormone deficiency, we used different methods (self-study and physician guidance) to learn how to use the electronic pen, evaluate the effect of educational methods on the use of electronic pen for injection of recombinant human growth hormone injection, and summarize the common problems in the use of electronic pen. Results: Compared with their own learning, guidance of physician could reduce parents use the electronic pen error rates. In the two groups using the increases the main problem in the process of the electronic pen to rotate the needle too much effort, at the injection site in umbilical week 5 centimeters of above, no exhaust operation and no at the injection site by inside and rubbing alcohol cotton piece wiped. Self-study is prone to install oblique inserting needles direction, not vertical insert, no bottle disinfection, after the injection time is not enough, not until the prompt the needle, didn’t check the refrigerator temperature, and close to the wall storage refrigerator drug problem. Conclusion: Professional guidance is helpful to improve parents’ ability to use the electronic pen and reduce the error rate.
