摘要

妊娠合并主动脉夹层(aortic dissection，AD)在临床上罕见，其诊治困难，病情进展快，母婴预后差。目前无明确的诊治方案，及时的诊治对于改善预后十分关键。本文报道1例首发症状表现为逐渐加重的腰背部疼痛伴腹泻，行剖宫产术后明确诊断为妊娠合并Stanford B型AD的病例，以期为临床妊娠合并AD的诊治积累经验。

Abstract

Aortic dissection during pregnancy is a rare disease, with difficult diagnosis and treatment, rapid progression, and poor prognosis of both mother and baby. Currently, there is no clear diagnosis and treatment plan, and timely diagnosis and treatment is crucial for improving prognosis. In this paper, we report a case whose first symptom was gradually aggravated low back pain accompanied by diarrhea, which was clearly diagnosed as pregnancy with Stanford B type aortic dissection after cesarean section, in order to accumulate experience for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical pregnancy with aortic dissection.
