腹腔镜低位直肠癌保肛根治术的研究进展

摘要
直肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率及病死率呈逐年上升趋势。现代的治疗理念不仅要达到根治要求，还要尽量保证肛门及泌尿生殖系统的功能。随着对低位直肠癌生物学特点研究的不断深入，以及腹腔镜技术及腔镜器械不断发展进步，腹腔镜低位直肠癌保肛根治术的应用愈加广泛，目前主要分为局部切除术、前切除术、前切除术联合经肛门括约肌间切除术或者经肛门拖出吻合技术、经肛全直肠系膜切除术等术式。

Abstract
Rectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system, and its morbidity and mortality rates are rising year by year. For modern treatment philosophy, both radical surgery requirements and function of the urogenital system are needed. With the research development on the biological characteristics of low rectal cancer, as well as the continuous innovation and development of laparoscopic technology, the application of laparoscopic sphincter-preserving surgery for low rectal cancer is more and more extensive. At present, it is mainly divided into: local excision, anterior resection, anterior resection with intersphincteric resection (ISR) or with prolapse techniques and transanal total mesorectal excision (TaTME).
