白细胞介素6在急性胰腺炎发病机制中的研究进展

摘要
急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是一种发病机制复杂的临床常见急腹症,有多种致病危险因素,病情发展快速,容易引起多种并发症。大量动物实验和临床研究证实,胰腺腺泡释放炎性细胞因子可引起炎症的级联反应,在严重的情况下,甚至出现全身炎症反应综合征导致多脏器功能衰竭。白细胞介素6(IL -6)是重要的促炎因子,在AP的病理机制中具有重要地位。

Abstract
Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdominal disease with complicated pathogenesis, it has many pathogenic risk factors and develops rapidly, which is easy to cause many complications. Lots of animal experiments and clinical studies have verified that the inflammatory cytokines released from pancreatic acini can cause cascade reaction of inflammation, under a severer situation, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) which can lead to a multiple organ failure (MOF). Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is an important pro-inflammatory factor, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis.
