摘要

骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic proteins,BMPs)是TGF-β超家族中最大的配体亚家族,最早被发现其可诱导骨和软骨的形成。研究发现BMPs参与多种生物学过程,如细胞增生、转移、分化和凋亡。近年来发现BMPs参与卵巢癌等肿瘤的演进过程,其在卵巢癌的形成、发展、侵袭和迁移过程中扮演重要的角色。

Abstract

Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are the largest ligand subfamily of the TGF-β superfamily. They were originally named for their inducible bone and cartilage formation. Researches found that BMPs are involved in a variety of biological processes, such as cell proliferation, migration, differentiation, and apoptosis. In recent years, it has been found that BMPs participate in the process of tumor progression, such as ovarian cancer, and play an important role in the formation, development, invasion and migration of ovarian cancer.
