摘要

抵抗素样分子β(resistin-like molecule beta，RELMβ)是近年来发现的参与多种慢性疾病的炎症因子，同时又被称为FIZZ2(found in inflammatory zone 2)。由于RELMβ在疾病过程中起不可忽视的作用，国内外对该蛋白的研究越来越多。目前该蛋白在血管生长、平滑肌增殖、气道炎症等方面的作用已有相关研究。本文就RELMβ的结构、调控、生物学功能，重点对RELMβ在肺部疾病和消化道疾病中的作用作一综述。

Abstract

Resistin-like molecule beta (RELMβ) is an inflammatory factor that has been found in many chronic diseases in recent years and is also known as “found in inflammatory zone 2” (FIZZ2). As the protein plays a crucial role in the diseases, there are more and more articles on the protein family at home and abroad. At present, the effects of this protein on vascular growth, smooth muscle proliferation, airway inflammation have been studied. This review aims to summarize the structure, regulation, biological functions of RELMβ, as well as focus on the effects of RELMβ on the lung diseases and digestive disease.
