摘要

患者，女，32岁，因“慢性间断性上腹痛”于西安交通大学第一附属医院就诊，先后进行胃镜、超声、全消化道造影、CT等检查，手术病理诊断为少见的“十二指肠腺腺瘤所致肠套叠”。本文详细介绍了该病例的诊断过程，就该病特点予以综述，旨在提高影像和临床医生对该少见病的认识和诊断水平。

Abstract

A 32-year-old female patient with intermittent upper abdominal pain was admitted to the hospital. Gastroscope, sonography, gastrointestinal contrast, CT scan and other examinations were performed successively. The pathological diagnosis of surgical resection sample was “duodenal intussusception caused by duodenal adenoma”. Here we detailed the diagnosing process of this case, and came up with a characteristic summary of the disease, aiming at improving the awareness and diagnosing capacity among radiologists and clinicians for this rare disease.
