下肢康复机器人结合儿童悬吊训练对运动障碍儿童粗大运动功能的疗效

摘要

目的:研究下肢康复机器人与儿童悬吊联合使用对运动障碍儿童粗大运动功能的康复疗效。 方法:运用随机分组法将40例运动功能障碍儿童分为观察组和对照组,各组20例。对照组运用Bobath疗法、Rood技术、物理因子疗法,观察组在上述治疗的基础上,运用下肢康复机器人和儿童悬吊训练,每周治疗5 d,每天1次,3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后采用Berg平衡量表和粗大运动功能量表(Gross Motor Function Measurement,GMFM)评估治疗效果。结果:观察组康复治疗一个疗程后,粗大运动功能测量评分和Berg平衡量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于运动功能障碍儿童,在Bobath疗法、Rood技术、物理因子疗法等康复治疗方法的基础上,增加下肢康复机器人和儿童悬吊训练,粗大运动功能改善效果更明显。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with children’s sling exercise training system on gross motor function in children with movement disorders. Methods: Forty children were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. The Bobath, Rood and Physical therapies were applied to the children in the control group, and extra lower limb rehabilitation robot and sling exercise training system were applied to the children in the observation group. Treatments were given once a day for 5 days a week, and 3 months is a treatment course. The Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and the Gross Motor Function Measurement (GMFM) were used before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: The BBS score and the GMFM score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after a treatment course (P<0.05). Conclusion: The gross motor function was significant improved in children treated with lower limb rehabilitation robot and children’s sling exercise training system based on the Bobath, Rood and Physical therapies.
