经颅磁刺激在脑卒中后康复中的应用进展

摘要
解决脑卒中后的各类功能障碍是康复领域的重大难题,中枢神经系统的可塑性和兴奋性改变是功能恢复的基础。目前研究认为经颅磁刺激能对神经系统的兴奋性产生较大影响,对脑卒中后的功能恢复,包括改善运动功能、语言功能、吞咽功能和认知功能等有明显效果。

Abstract
Resolving various functional disorders after stroke is a major problem in the rehabilitation field. Changes in the plasticity and excitability of the central nervous system are the basis for functional recovery. The current study suggests that transcranial magnetic stimulation can have a greater effect on the excitability of the nervous system, and has a significant effect on the functional recovery, including the the function of motor, language, swallowing and cognitive after stroke.
