胸腺上皮肿瘤靶向治疗的研究进展

摘要
胸腺上皮肿瘤是一种罕见的起源于胸腺上皮细胞的肿瘤，与诸多自身免疫性疾病相关，生长缓慢，预后尚可，对化疗敏感，但目前复发性或难治性胸腺上皮肿瘤几乎无有效的治疗方案。近年来有关胸腺上皮肿瘤靶向治疗的研究进展较快，随研究内容的广泛和深入，靶向治疗备受关注，或将成为胸腺上皮肿瘤治疗的新选择，为患者带来新的希望。本文就胸腺上皮肿瘤常见的靶向治疗的作用靶点进行综述，为进一步认识胸腺上皮肿瘤靶向治疗的作用机制提供参考。

Abstract
Thymic epithelial tumor, a rare tumor originated in thymus epithelial cells, is associated with many autoimmune diseases, and characterized by slow growth, better prognosis, and sensitivity to chemotherapy. However, there is no effective therapy available for recurrent or refractory thymic epithelial tumors. In recent years, researches on thymus epithelial tumor targeted therapy has made rapid progress. Meanwhile, with the extensive and in-depth researches, targeted therapy, bringing new hope for patients, has attracted increasing attention and will become a new alterative for thymus tumor treatment. This article reviewed the targets of targeted therapies of thymic epithelial tumor in order to lay the foundation for further explore its mechanisms.
