运动对肝原位移植瘤切除术后小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌因子的影响

摘要
目的:观察运动对肝原位移植瘤切除术后小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:对小鼠进行肝原位移植瘤切除术,并在手术前后不同时期进行有氧运动干预,观察小鼠术后脾淋巴细胞因子分泌水平。结果:正常小鼠组IL-6和TNF-γ明显低于术后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与术后对照组相比,后期运动组除IL-4,IL-6和INF-γ外,其余各项均有显著差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与术后对照组相比,全程运动组除IL-4和INF-γ外,其余各项均有显著差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝原位移植瘤切除术可对小鼠造成应激损伤,影响其脾淋巴细胞分泌因子水平。运动有助于术后小鼠免疫功能恢复,全程运动效果更佳。

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of aerobic exercise on immune function of mice after orthotopic liver transplantation tumor resection. Methods: Mice were treated with orthotopic liver transplantation tumor resection and aerobic exercise at different stages before and/or after operation to observe the level of spleen lymphocyte secretory factor after operation. Results: The levels of IL-6 and TNF-γ of the normal mice group were significantly lower than those in the postoperative control group (P<0.01). In the postoperative exercise group, there were significant differences in the other items except IL-4, IL-6 and INF-γ compared with the postoperative control group (P<0.05). Except IL-4 and INF-γ, the other items of the total exercise group were significant difference compared with the postoperative control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Orthotopic liver transplantation tumor resection caused stress injury in mice and affected the level of splenic lymphocyte secretion factor. Exercise is helpful to the recovery of immune function of mice after operation especially and the effect of whole course exercise is better.
