摘要

树突状细胞相关外泌体(DC-derived exosomes,Dex)是由免疫系统的前哨抗原提呈细胞形成的微小囊泡。Dex表面拥有与树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DCs)部分相同的表面分子,如功能性MHC-抗原肽复合物(MHC/antigenic peptide)、共刺激分子(costimulatory molecules)等,并参与机体免疫调节。近年来随着对Dex研究的不断深入,Dex在肿瘤免疫中的作用越来越受到重视。基于Dex抗肿瘤治疗的临床试验也显示其潜在的可行性。

Abstract

DC-derived exosomes (Dex) are micro-membrane vesicles that are secreted by the sentinel antigen-presenting cells of the immune system dendritic cell (DCs). Similar like DCs, the molecular composition of Dex includes surface expression of functional MHC-peptide complexes, costimulatory molecules, etc. Recently, with the deepening research in Dex, more and more attention has been focused on the role of Dex in tumor immunity. Dex-based clinical trials have been conducted in anti-malignancies therapies, showing the potential feasibility of the approach.
