摘要

线粒体相关内质网膜(mitochondria-associated endoplasmic reticulum membrane,MAM)是指内质网通过一系列蛋白质与线粒体外膜相连所形成的区域,MAM在细胞的脂质代谢、Ca2+信号转导、线粒体的分离融合、线粒体自噬、内质网应激等方面发挥着重要的作用,MAM的结构与功能异常与临床疾病的发生、发展密切相关。

Abstract

Mitochondria-associated endoplasmic reticulum membrane (MAM) refers to the region of endoplasmic reticulum links to the outer membrane of mitochondrial through a series of proteins. MAM is involved in lipid metabolism, calcium signaling, mitochondrial fission and fusion, mitochondrial autophagy and ER stress. The disorder of structure and function for MAM is closely related to the occurrence and development of clinical disease.
