摘要

心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise testing，CPET)在心血管疾病与呼吸系统疾病等领域中被广泛运用，却罕见于脑卒中领域。本文综述在脑卒中进行心肺运动试验的原理、必要性、安全性、适应症及禁忌症、设备与测试方案、参数指标、终止标准等方面的研究进展，为临床推广卒中患者的CPET提供参考依据。

Abstract

Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) are widely used in cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, and are rarely used in the field of stroke. This article reviews the research progress of cardiopulmonary exercise test in stroke, including its principle, necessity, safety, indications and contraindications, equipment and test plan, parameter index and termination criteria, so as to provide reference for clinical promotion of CPET in stroke patients.
