深圳市宝安区某医院急诊患者的流行病学特征

摘要
目的:分析宝安区急诊患者的流行病学特点。方法:收集2015年3月至2017年2月就诊于深圳市宝安区中心医院急诊科的患者资料,按性别、科室、季节、周分布和节假日进行分层分析。结果:共纳入35万余人次患者,男女比例为1.50:1,急诊儿科、内科和外科就诊人次比为1:1.64:1.36,日均就诊人次是482例;就诊高峰年龄为0~10岁和20~38岁,呈驼峰型分布,高峰月份是3~4月和6~7月份,春夏两季明显高于冬季,但周分布均衡(χ2=4.129,P<0.765);节假日的就诊人次差异很大(χ2=114.237,P<0.001),劳动节和清明节期间较高而春节和国庆节偏低。结论:深圳市宝安区中心医院急诊患者年龄呈驼峰型分布,就诊人次在春夏季高于冬季且节假日效应明显。

Epidemiological characters of emergency patients in a hospital from Bao’an District of Shenzhen

Abstract
Objective: To analyze epidemiological characteristics of emergency patients in Baoan District of Shenzhen. Methods: The data of patients from Department of Emergency in Bao’an Central Hospital of Shenzhen from March 2015 to February 2017 were collected and stratified by sex, department, season, days of the week, and holidays. Results: Over 350 000 emergency patients who admitted to the Emergency Department of hospital were enrolled, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.50:1. The ratio of the numbers for emergency pediatric, emergency medicine, and emergency surgery was 1:1.64:1.36, and the daily average number of emergency room visits was 482. The peaks of age were 0–10 and 20–38 years old, showing a hump-type distribution; the peaks of month were 3–4 and 6–7 months. The daily average number of emergency room visits was higher in the spring and summer than that in the winter, and the numbers of visits by days of the week were close (χ2=4.129, P<0.765). The daily average numbers of visits by holidays were different (χ2=114.237, P<0.001), and the numbers were higher in the International Labor Day and Ching Ming Festival and lower in the Spring Festival and National Day.
Conclusion: The distribution of age among the emergency patients of our hospital was hump-type; the number of emergency visits was higher in the spring and summer than winter, and the effect of holidays on emergency patients visit was strong.
