摘要

富亮氨酸胶质瘤失活1(leucine-rich glioma inactivated 1,LGi1)蛋白抗体相关脑炎是一种由LGi1抗体参与致病的新型自身免疫性脑炎,主要表现为认知障碍、癫痫、面臂肌张力障碍发作(faciobrachial dystonic seizure,FBDS)和顽固性低钠,其中FBDS是其特征性表现。与传统副肿瘤性自身免疫性脑炎不同,该病因其很少伴有肿瘤,经免疫调节治疗后可获得较好的预后。

Abstract

Leucine-rich glioma inactivated 1 (LGi1) protein antibody-associated encephalitis is a new type of autoimmune encephalitis, characterized by cognitive impairment and epilepsy and faciobrachial dystonic seizures (FBDS) and intractable hyponatremia. Unlike traditional adenomatous autoimmune encephalitis, it is usually not tumour-associated, and its prognosis is better after immunomodulatory therapy.
