Notch 信号通路参与调节血管再生的研究进展

摘要
Notch信号通路在血管再生过程中起重要作用,已逐渐成为近年来研究的热点。它参与募集血管内 皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)到缺血组织,降解基底膜,促进EPCs分化,促进血管 稳定和成熟,并在心,脑,下肢缺血后血管新生中占重要位置。本文在深入了解Notch信号通路的 基础上,阐述以其作为靶点药物促进血管再生的研究进展和意义。

Abstract
Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in angiogenesis. It has gradually become a research hotspot in recent years. It participates in collecting endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) to ischemic tissue, degrading basement membrane, promoting EPCs di erentiation, vascular stability and maturation. In the heart, brain, and lower limb ischemia, it plays an important role in angiogenesis. On the basis of in-depth understanding of Notch signaling pathway, this paper expounds the research progress and signi cance of using it as a target drug to promote angiogenesis.
