摘要
哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是一种非典型的丝氨酸/苏氨 酸激酶,其属于磷酸肌醇激酶相关激酶家族,参与调节机体细胞和蛋白质的代谢。目前已知其 与肥厚性心肌病(hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,HCM)、心肌缺血再灌注、扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)、心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病的发生发展机制密切相关。

Abstract
Mammalian rapamycin protein (mTOR) is an atypical serine/threonine kinase, which belongs to the family of phosphoinositides kinase-related kinase, involved in regulating the metabolism of cells and proteins. It is known to be closely related to the development and progression of cardiovascular disease such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion, dilated cardiomyopathy, heart failure and so on.
