综合康复训练辅以针刺疗法治疗脑瘫患儿的临床效果

摘要
目的: 评价综合康复训练联合针刺疗法治疗脑瘫患儿的临床治疗效果。方法: 收集2013年5月至 2015年12月在郑州大学第三附属医院接受治疗的脑瘫患儿146名，对照组和观察组各73名，分别 给与综合康复训练和辅助针刺疗法，治疗6个月后，采用粗大运动功能量表(Gross Motor Function Measure，GMFM)，精细运动功能测试量表(Fine Motor Functionmeasure Scale，FMFM)，Gesell量 表评估两组患儿日常生活能力、肌力恢复情况和智力情况。结果: 两组一般资料差别无统计学意 义;与对照组相比，观察组在治疗6个月后智力发育、日常生活能力和肌力功能恢复情况明显优于 对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 脑瘫患儿接受综合康复训练的同时，再辅以针刺疗 法能够有效改善脑瘫患儿的肢体运动功能和智力的发育，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture for children with cerebral palsy

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical e ect of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture for children with cerebral palsy. Methods: A total of 146 children with cerebral palsy were enrolled in ird A liated of Zhengzhou University from May 2014 to December 2015. e control group received comprehensive rehabilitation training, and the observed group received comprehensive rehabilitation training with acupuncture methods. Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM), Fine Motor Functionmeasure Scale (FMFM), Gesell, daily life ability, and muscle strength were assessed between the two groups a er 6-month treatment. Results: No signi cant di erences in general characteristics were observed between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the observed group had higher GMFM, FMFM, Gesell scores (P<0.05); the ability of daily life and muscle strength of trial were be er than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture can improve movement function and intelligence development, and can be applied in clinical practice.
