视频宣教联合回授法在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用

摘要

目的: 探讨视频宣教联合回授法在老年患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法: 选取60例2016年6至 12月于郑州大学第一附属医院消化内科行结肠镜检查的老年患者,给予口服复方聚乙二醇电解质 清洁肠道。将患者随机分为2组。观察组:结肠镜前1 d采用视频宣教加回授法给予清肠宣教;对 照组:常规清肠宣教。采用波士顿清肠评分量表比较两组患者的清肠效果。结果: 观察组清肠效 果优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 视频宣教加回 授法能够提高老年患者肠道清洁有效率,是一种有效的健康宣教方法,值得临床推广。

Application of teach-back method and video education in elderly patients underwent colonoscopic procedure

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effects of teach-back methed and video education in elderly patients underwent colonoscopic prucedure. Methods: A total of 60 elderly patients underwent colonoscopic procedure were selected from gastroenterology department of First A liated hospital of Zhengzhou University from June to December 2016, who were given oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte for bowel cleaning. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. e observation group were given teach-back method and video education for bowel cleaning the day before colonscopic, while the control group were given routine education about bowel cleaning. e Boston bowel preparation scale was used to compare the the e ects of bowel cleaning between the two groups . Results: e e ects of bowel cleaning in the observation group were be er than which of control group, and the incidence of adverse effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the di erence was statistically signi cant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Teach-back method and video education can improve the e ective rate for bowel cleaning of elderly patients, which deserves further clinical applications.
