股骨近端平滑肌肉瘤1例

摘要
目的：探讨骨原发性平滑肌肉瘤的诊断与治疗。方法：通过术前新辅助化疗与定制肿瘤假体对骨原发性平滑肌肉瘤进行保肢手术。结果：患者术后访时间3~6个月，关节功能恢复良好，结论：股骨上端平滑肌肉瘤可采取术前化疗，术前栓塞肿瘤滋养血管，个体定制人工假体重建髋关节功能，可降低局部复发率和远处转移、提高保肢率。

One case of leiomyosarcoma of the proximal femur

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the leiomyosarcoma of the proximal femur, its diagnosis and therapeutics were studied. Methods: The treatment depended on the adjuvant chemotherapy in the preoperative and customize individualized tumor prosthesis which used during the operation. Results: The joint function recovered well in the 3–6 months with postoperative visit. Conclusion: Leiomyosarcoma of the proximal femur is treated with adjuvant chemotherapy in the preoperation, taken the embolism in bone nutrient vascular and customized individualized tumor prosthesis during the operation. Thus, it could reduce the local recurrence and distant metastasis, and improve the limb salvage rate.
