摘要
特异性促炎症消退介质(specialized pro-resolving mediators,SPM)是一种由必需脂肪酸衍生而来的酶类物质,在组织炎症消退过程中发挥抑制炎症反应,促进炎症消退的作用。了解SPM在恢复感染组织中的机制及作用,有利于为SPM应用于宿主定向治疗提供理论依据。为此,本文将对促炎症介质对炎症的内源性调节作用进行综述。

Abstract
Specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) are enzymatically derived from essential fatty acids and have important roles in inhibiting the reaction of inflammation, promoting the resolution of tissue inflammation—that is enzymes. To fully understand the mechanism and role of SPMs in the recovery of infected tissues, it is beneficial to provide theoretical basis for SPMs applied to the treatment of the host. Here, we focus primarily on SPMs and their roles in endogenous regulation of inflammation.
